Our technical Services Group will install, start-up and commission your equipment anywhere in the country.

CES Energy Services employs highly trained technicians to install, service, operate and maintain gas compression and processing equipment of all sizes. Our team of experienced mobile technicians have the knowledge and experience to work on most any manufacturer’s rotating equipment installed at your facility. Our technicians are available to work in any geographic area of the United States. We can provide routine inspections and maintenance of your facility coordinated around your operating schedule to minimize downtime. CES’s leadership team has experience managing a compression fleet up to 2 million horsepower including gas turbines and reciprocating compression.

FACILITY OPERATIONS

Key measures of performance relative to facility operations are safety and environmental compliance, efficiency and reliability. The CES Energy Services facility operations and preventive maintenance group is highly skilled and trained at providing maintenance as requested by our customers and required by regulatory entities. Our technicians/mechanics receive OSHA, regulatory, and operator qualification training and are educated on the safety programs of our customers.

FACILITY OPERATIONS & PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE

  • Operating plant and station equipment systems, including but not limited to: engines and compressors, pumps, pressure relief system, instrument air system, dehydration system, gas processing plants, gas fired heaters, process pumps, amine treating systems, inlet gas receivers and NGL storage and transfer facilities.

  • Providing needed support for operators’ and station equipment/systems, including but not limited to: cryogenic plant processing, hydrocarbon fractionation units, process controls/measurement, engines and compressors, pumps, pressure relief system, instrument air system, dehydrators, fuel system, treating, emergency shutdown systems, reciprocating compressors, gas fired heaters, process pumps, amine treating systems, inlet gas receivers and NGL storage and transfer facilities.

  • Diagnosing mechanical problems, make minor repairs as needed, complete filter changes, cleaning screens and strainers

  • Stop and start plant compression, make rounds, check liquid levels, temperatures and pressures
